I’ve torn my rotator cuff (due to some plum walking out in front of me while arguing with his lass) and so I’m struggling to sleep etc…

I also can’t ride my bike which is sad.

“I were on the bus (86 from Eyres Monsell to town) Tuesday last and had a packet of right nice smokey bacon (half eaten) in me pokket. They fell out. Went back to bus but they was gone. Would love to finish them off.” —
